How to place an order?

1. Browse through our collection of bags and decide on your desired items.

2. Fill up our order form and submit to us for order processing. Please email us if you do not receive our reply within 24 hours as your email might have fallen into spam folder.

3. If you're in Miri and want to COD(cash on delivery), just drop us an email to contact us for immediate response!

4. Full payment to be made within 3 days of order confirmation . Bank account details will be provided upon request.

5. Items will be posted out within 3 working days after received payment.

**COD= Cash On Delivery, whereby we will arrange for a meet-up with customers at an agreed location. Customer shall pay cash on spot upon delivery of items

Terms and Conditions

**All items are brand new and in perfect condition. Thus, the price is fixed and non-negotiable.

**All sales are final. Buying is at your own risk as good sold are not exchangeable/refundable.

** First come, first serve basis due to limitation of ready stock. Thus, no reservation will be accepted until payment are done.

**All our items are READY STOCK and only available in limited quantity. However, we could re-order for you upon request,provided customer are willing to wait for the stock.

**Restockable bags are subject to the availability of stocks by supplier, so no guarantees! Do contact us to re-order the specified model of bags.

**COD(cash on delivery) can be arranged only in Miri during weekends, other places will be sent out by post.

**Payment via Maybank transfers(for postage) and cash (for COD) only.

** Postage charges will be applicable based on Pos Malaysia rates, depending on the method of preferred postage.

** Tracking number will be provided once the item is posted out. Seller is not responsible for any loss or damages of items in the process of delivery.
